Why do we have Customer Experience Survey?
Because we value your feedback! With suggestions from our customers, we strengthen our website services, functionality, and products, making us more awesome for you. We seek your honest and unbiased opinion so we can keep getting better.
How does the reward part work?
After you submit your feedback in our Experience Survey, our customer testing team will review. Reward discount is issued as a partial refund after completion of the survey. The reward percent/amount is awarded according to the thoroughness, quality, and depth of your feedback, up to 50% off your order, up to a maximum discount value of $100. Please note that no-effort or low-effort survey responses will not receive a reward.

Q: How do signup slots work?
A: Depending on product, a set number of participants is selected for the Customer Experience Survey. When open signup slots are available, the Apply Now button will be active, and the number of remaining slots will be displayed above it. Once the number of needed participants is reached, there will be no further slots available for that survey.
Q: Once I sign up, when can I start the survey?
A: You will receive an email notification once you are approved with instructions to complete the survey. Once you receive the approval email, please follow the instructions, start shopping and complete the survey! Please be sure to read and follow the instructions closely and record any problems you encounter during the shopping process in the form of text and screenshots, for submission afterwords in your survey.
Q: Do I have to complete my order and survey within a certain time frame?
A: Yes, the order you use to participate in our survey must have been placed within the previous 30 days of the date you submit your survey.
Q: How long will it take for my survey to be processed?
A: Once you submit your experience survey, in normal circumstances it will be processed within 7 business days.
Q: Are products purchased while participating in this program handled differently when it comes to warranties, returns and customer service requests?
A: We will provide our same standard of service when it comes to warranties, returns and customer service requests for products you purchase while participating in this program.
