Step-by-Step Assembly Instructions
Follow the steps below in order to assemble your Outsunny Outdoor Dining Table (SKU:84B-915ND). Each step lists exactly which parts and hardware to use.
Step 01: Arrange the Tabletop Panels & Frame Connector Bars

- Place the centre tabletop panel (B) flat on the floor with a blanket or cardboard underneath to protect the surface.
- Position one Side Frame Panel (A) on each side of the centre panel, lining up all edges flush.
- Slide two Frame Connector Bars (E) along each short end of the assembled panels, one bar per short side, two bars per end, four total.
- Seat each rail firmly into the underside channel of the tabletop frame. Nothing is bolted yet, this step is positioning only.
Step 02: Bolt the Tabletop Panels Together
Hardware used: Part G (×32 M6 × 15 mm pan-head bolts), Part L (×32 M6 flat washers), Part N (M6 allen key)

- With the three panels and four Frame Connector Bars in position, insert one M6 × 15 mm bolt (G) into each bolt hole along the tabletop panel joints and rail connection points.
- Before threading each bolt, slide one M6 flat washer (L) onto the bolt shaft.
- Thread each bolt down into the frame below using the M6 allen key (N).
- Work across the tabletop alternating sides, do not finish one end completely before moving to the other, as this keeps the frame square.
- Tighten bolts to approximately 60% only at this stage. Do not fully tighten yet, this happens at the end of Step 3.
Step 03: Attach the Legs and Fully Tighten All Bolts
Hardware used: Part C (×4 table legs), Part D (×4 leg connector brackets), Part F (×8 M8 × 40 mm bolts), Part H (×8 M8 flat washers), Part M (M8 allen key)

- With the tabletop assembly still face-down, insert one leg connector bracket (D) into each of the four corner sockets on the underframe, where the Frame Connector Bars meet the frame corners.
- Slide one table leg (C) over each bracket, aligning the bolt hole on the leg with the hole through the bracket.
- Insert one M8 × 40 mm bolt (F) with one M8 flat washer (H) into each leg joint and tighten with the M8 allen key (M). Repeat for all four legs.
- Once all four legs are attached, go back over every bolt in the table, both the leg bolts (F) and all tabletop bolts (G), and bring them all to full final tightness.
- With your helper, carefully flip the table upright. Check that all four legs sit flat on the ground and the tabletop is stable with no wobble.
Note: If the table wobbles after flipping upright, lay it back down and check that all four leg bolts (F) are fully tightened. Even one loose bolt causes noticeable instability.
Assembly is now complete.

Assembly Check (Before Use)
- All four legs sit flat on the ground with no rocking.
- The tabletop surface is level and does not flex when light pressure is applied.
- No bolts feel loose, re-tighten with the relevant allen key if needed.
- The table feels solid and stable when gently pushed from the side.
Safety and Usage Notes
- For domestic outdoor use only, not rated for commercial or public settings.
- Do not place excessive weight on one end of the table, as this can cause tipping.
- If your table model includes a centre parasol hole: this hole is a pass-through only. The table is not designed to support a freestanding umbrella on its own. Always use a separate dedicated weighted umbrella base that sits independently on the ground.
Maintenance Tips
- Tabletop and frame: Wipe down with a soft, damp cloth and mild dish soap. Do not use abrasive scrubbers, steel wool, or harsh chemical cleaners, as these will damage the aluminium surface.
- Bolts: Periodically check all bolts and re-tighten with the included allen keys if any looseness is detected. Outdoor temperature changes cause hardware to loosen over time.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store in a dry, shaded area such as a garage or shed to prevent weather-related wear.

FAQs
Most people want to skip this and tighten as they go, it feels more efficient. But with a three-panel tabletop, fully locking one section before the others are in place pulls the aluminium frame slightly out of alignment. By the time you reach the last panel, it will not sit flush. The result is a tabletop with a visible gap or ridge along one joint that no amount of re-tightening will fix without starting over.
Yes. Lightly sand the surface with 220-grit sandpaper, wipe clean, and apply a spray paint rated for metal or aluminium. Spray paint and Aerosol paint both make aluminium-compatible sprays available at any hardware store. Avoid painting over bolt threads or inside the leg socket holes, as this can cause bolts to seize during future disassembly.
Rather than storing it fully assembled, remove the four legs and store the tabletop flat against a wall. The legs bundle neatly alongside it. This cuts the storage footprint dramatically and takes less than five minutes to do once you have assembled it once and know the process.
