Step-by-Step Assembly Instructions
Follow the simple steps below to assemble your Outsunny Slatted Wooden Bench (SKU:84G-025V00WT). Each step will guide you through securing the parts in the correct order, ensuring a stable and fully functional bench.
Step 01: Attach the Table Leg Frames to the Slatted Table Top Panel

- Place the Slatted Table Top Panel (A) upside down on a clean, flat surface.
- Take the two Table Leg Frames (B) and position one along each long side of the Slatted Table Top Panel (A), with the crossbar sitting flush against the underside of the panel and the legs pointing upward.
- Align the pre-drilled holes on each Table Leg Frame (B) with the corresponding holes on the long sides of the Slatted Table Top Panel (A).
- Place one Flat Washer (E) onto each Head Machine Screw (D) so the washer sits directly beneath the screw head.
- Insert the screws through the Table Leg Frame (B) into the threaded holes on the Slatted Table Top Panel (A). Use two screws per frame for a total of four screws.
- Using the Allen Key (G), turn each screw until just snug. Do not fully tighten at this stage.
Step 02: Attach the Side Leg Covers

- Take the two Side Leg Covers (C) and position one along each short end of the bench as shown in image.
- Align the pre-drilled holes on each Side Leg Cover (C) with the corresponding holes on the legs of the Table Leg Frames (B).
- Place one Flat Washer (E) onto each Head Machine Screw (D) and insert through the Side Leg Cover (C) into the Table Leg Frame leg. Use four screws per Side Leg Cover for a total of eight screws.
- Using the Allen Key (G), turn each screw until just snug.
- Check that the bench frame sits square with all legs even and upright. Adjust gently if needed.
Note: Once satisfied with the alignment, fully tighten all Head Machine Screws (D) from both Step 01 and Step 02 using the Allen Key (G), working in a consistent sequence around the frame.
Step 03: Fit the Thumb Screws to Complete the Bench

- With the bench still upside down, locate the four open post tops on the Side Leg Covers (C), one at each corner.
- Take the four Thumb Screws (F) and insert one into each open post top of the Side Leg Cover (C).
- Turn each Thumb Screw (F) clockwise by hand until fully tightened. No tools are required for this step.
- Once all four Thumb Screws (F) are fitted, carefully turn the bench the right way up so it stands on its four legs on a flat surface.
- Press down gently on each corner to confirm there is no flex or movement. The bench should feel solid and rigid.
Assembly is now complete.

Assembly Check (Before Use)
- The Slatted Table Top Panel (A) sits level and flat with no warping or flex.
- Both Table Leg Frames (B) stand upright, square, and parallel to each other.
- Both Side Leg Covers (C) sit flush against the short ends with no gaps.
- All Head Machine Screws (D) are fully tightened, re-tighten with the Allen Key (G) if any feel loose.

Maintenance Tips

- Wipe metal components with a dry or barely damp cloth. In high-humidity environments, inspect periodically for surface corrosion and treat promptly with a rust-inhibiting primer if needed.
- Periodically check all Head Machine Screws and re-tighten with the Allen Key (G) if any movement is detected.
- Check all four Thumb Screws remain hand-tight periodically. If any have loosened, turn clockwise by hand until secure.
