  • Place the Chair Seat (A) upside down on a clean, protected surface to prevent scratches.
  • Position the Left Leg Frame (B) on the left side of the seat base and the Right Leg Frame (C) on the right side, aligning the mounting holes at the four connection points shown in the diagram.
  • For each connection point:
    • Insert one Washer (I) onto an M6×20 Bolt (J).
    • Insert the bolt through the aligned hole in the leg frame into the Chair Seat (A).
  • Use 8 M6×20 Bolts (J) and 8 Washers (I) per chair (16 total bolts and washers for both chairs).
  • Tighten the bolts using the Allen Key (K), but do not fully tighten until all bolts are inserted and properly aligned.
  • Repeat this step one more time.

Step 2: Install the Seat and Back Cushions

  • Once the chair frame is fully assembled and placed upright on a flat surface, begin installing the cushions.
  • Place the Seat Cushion (D) onto the Chair Seat (A), ensuring it sits evenly within the frame and aligns with the front and side edges.
  • Next, position the Back Cushion (E) against the curved backrest, sliding it gently into place so it rests securely against the frame.
  • Press both cushions lightly to confirm they are stable and properly aligned.
  • Repeat the same process for the second chair.

  • Place the Table Top Frame (F) upside down on a flat, protected surface to prevent scratching.
  • Position each Table Leg (G) at the three designated mounting points underneath the frame. Align the holes on the leg brackets with the pre-drilled holes on the frame.
  • For each leg connection:
    • Place one Washer (I) onto an M6×20 Bolt (J).
    • Insert the bolt through the leg bracket into the frame mounting hole.
  • Use a total of 6 M6×20 Bolts (J) and 6 Washers (I) to secure all three legs.

Tighten the bolts using the Allen Key (K), but do not fully tighten until all legs are attached and properly aligned.

  • Take the Glass Table Top (H) and lower it gently onto the circular Table Top Frame (F) as shown in the diagram.

FAQs

1. Can rocking chairs be used on uneven patio surfaces?

Rocking chairs perform best on flat, level ground to maintain smooth and balanced motion. Uneven surfaces can cause instability, frame stress, or uneven rocking. If the area is slightly uneven, reposition the set or use leveling pads for better stability.

2. How do you maintain metal rocking chairs outdoors?

Wipe the frame regularly with a soft cloth and keep hardware tightened to prevent movement. Avoid harsh cleaners that may damage the protective coating. During prolonged bad weather, use covers or store the chairs in a dry space.

3. Is a glass-top outdoor table safe in windy conditions?

A properly assembled glass-top table is stable under normal conditions, but strong winds can shift lightweight furniture. Place the set in a sheltered location during storms. Regularly check that the glass panel is centered and secure within the frame.

4. Are rocking chair patio sets suitable for small balconies?

Rocking chair sets can fit smaller balconies if there is enough clearance for the backward and forward motion. Measure both floor space and rocking range before placement. Position the chairs away from walls or railings to prevent contact while in use.
