Step 1: Assemble the Back Frame Structure

Diagram of two white metal frames being joined at a right angle using two bolts.

  • Place the Left Back Frame (K) and Right Back Frame (L) on a flat surface as shown in the illustration.
  • Position both frames upright so they form a triangle back frame structure.
  • Align the pre-drilled holes at the lower connection points of frames K and L.
  • Insert M6 × 25 mm Bolts (B) into the aligned holes.
  • Using the Allen Key (A), tighten the bolts to approximately 80% only.

Step 2: Attach the Right Side Glass Panel (Do Not Fully Tighten)

Instruction showing a three-pane glass panel being bolted to the side of the cabinet base.

  • Take the Bottom Base Panel (M) and place it on its side as shown in the illustration.
  • Carefully position the Right Side Glass Panel (H) against the side of the base panel, aligning the pre-drilled holes.
  • Insert M6 × 25 mm Bolts (B) through the aligned holes at the connection points.
  • Using the Allen Key (A), tighten the bolts.

Step 3: Attach the Side Glass Panels

Illustration of the second glass side panel being aligned and bolted to the metal base.

  1. With the base frame (M) already positioned, take the Left Side Glass Panel (G) and carefully place it into the designated slots of the back frame.
  2. Insert M6 × 25 mm Bolts (B) through the pre-drilled holes at the bottom connection points between the side panel and the base frame.
  3. Using the Allen Key (A), to tighten the bolts.

Step 4: Secure the Side Panels

Diagram showing five bolts being inserted to secure the vertical side panels to the frame.

  1. With the Left Side Glass Panel (G) and Right Side Glass Panel (H) already positioned, take the Left Back Frame (K) and Right Back Frame (L).
  2. Align the pre-drilled holes of the back frames with the corresponding holes on the side panels.
  3. Insert M6 × 25 mm Bolts (B) through the aligned holes at the connection points between the frames and the side panels.
  4. Using the Allen Key (A), tighten the bolts to approximately 80%, ensuring the panels are still adjustable for alignment.

Step 5: Secure the Top Panel (Do Not Fully Tighten)

Close-up view of four small bolts securing the top metal frame to the glass panels.

  1. Place the Bottom Base Panel (F) flat on the floor, ensuring it’s on a clean, level surface.
  2. With the body of the frame (H and G) standing upright, align the top edges with the pre-drilled holes on the Bottom Base Panel (F).
  3. Make sure all the pre-drilled holes between the Top Panel (F) and the side panels (G, H) align properly.
  4. Insert M6 × 10 mm Screws (C) into the aligned holes at the top corners of the assembly.
  5. Using the Allen Key (A), tighten the screws ensuring the panels are still adjustable for final alignment.

Step 6: Attach the Final Frame and Secure the Base

Diagram showing a hex key tightening bolt B to secure the metal frame base.

  1. Insert M6 × 25 mm Bolts (B) into the aligned holes at the bottom connection points between the Left Back Frame (L) and the Bottom Base Panel (F).
  2. Using the Allen Key (A), tighten the bolts to approximately 80%, leaving them slightly loose to allow for final adjustments later in the assembly.
