Step-by-Step Assembly Instructions
Follow each step carefully to assemble your Outsunny Rattan Porch Rocker w/ Plush Cushion (SKU: 867-102) smoothly and safely.
Step 1: Connect the Seat Panel to the Backrest Frame
- Place the Backrest Frame (B) upright on a soft, flat surface.
- Position the Seat Panel (A) at the bottom front of the backrest as shown in image.
- Align the holes on both parts carefully.
- Place 1 Washer (Y) onto each M6 × 35 Bolt bolt (W) and insert the connection points.
- Use the Allen Key (Z) to tighten the bolts to about 70–80% only.
✔ The seat and back should now be connected but still slightly adjustable for the next steps.
Step 2: Attach the Left Rocker Base
- Take the Left Rocker Base (C) and position it on the left side of the chair frame as shown in image.
- Align all connection holes between the rocker base and the frame before inserting the bolts.
- Place Washers (Y) onto each bolt (V, X) before insertion.
- Insert one M6 × 30 Bolt (V) into the connection point of the Seat Panel (A) and Left Rocker Base (C).
- Then insert one M6 × 40 Bolt (X) into the connection point of the Backrest Frame (B) and Left Rocker Base (C), ensuring the holes are aligned.
- Tighten the bolts lightly using the Allen Key (Z) to about 70–80% tightness.
✔ Ensure the rocker base sits flush and properly aligned with the frame.
Step 3: Attach the Right Rocker Base
- Position the Right Rocker Base (D) on the opposite side of the assembled chair frame as shown in image.
- Align all holes between the rocker base and the frame carefully before inserting bolts.
- Place Washers (Y) onto each bolt (V, X) before insertion.
- Insert one M6 × 30 Bolt (V) into the connection point of the Seat Panel (A) and Right Rocker Base (D).
- Then insert one M6 × 40 Bolt (X) into the connection point of the Backrest Frame (B) and Right Rocker Base (D), ensuring the holes are aligned.
- Tighten the bolts lightly using the Allen Key (Z) (do not fully tighten yet).
✔ After attaching both rocker bases, go back and tighten all bolts fully using the Allen Key (Z).
Step 4: Place the Cushions and Complete Assembly
- Place the Seat Cushion (F) evenly onto the seat frame.
- Position the Back Cushion (E) against the backrest as shown.
- Adjust both cushions so they sit properly and align with the chair shape.
