Step-by-Step Assembly Instructions

Follow the steps below to assemble your Seville Cocktail Table (SKU:F-CYS-W48720760).

  • Place the Top Frame (A) face-down on a soft, flat surface to protect the finish.
  • Attach all four Legs (E) to the Top Frame (A) as shown in image.
  • For each leg, slide one Flat Washer (No. 4) and one Spring Washer (No. 3) onto an Allen Bolt 1/4″ × 28mm (No. 2).
  • Drive the bolt in using the Allen Key M4 (No. 5).

Step 2: Attach the Shelf to the Legs

  • Keep the frame upside down with all four legs attached.
  • Position the Shelf (B) between the legs.
  • Align the bolt holes on the Shelf with the holes on each Leg.
  • At each connection point, slide one Spring Washer (No. 3) and one Flat Washer (No. 4) onto an Allen Bolt 1/4″ × 28mm (No. 2).
  • Drive each bolt in using the Allen Key M4 (No. 5).

Step 3: Attach the Bottom Panel to the Legs

  • Position the Bottom Panel (C) at the base of the four Legs.
  • This step uses the longer 50mm bolts, needed here because of the extra depth through the leg structure.
  • At each corner, slide one Spring Washer (No. 3) and one Flat Washer (No. 4) onto an Allen Bolt 1/4″ × 50mm (No. 1).
  • Drive each bolt in using the Allen Key M4 (No. 5).

Step 4: Flip the Table and Insert the Glass Top

  • Turn the entire table over so it stands upright on all four legs.
  • Go around every bolt on the table, legs, shelf, and bottom panel, and tighten them all carefully using the Allen Key M4.
  • Once all bolts are fully tightened, carefully lift the Glass Top (D) with both hands.
  • Lower the Glass Top (D) down into the Top Frame (A).
  • The glass sits inside the frame with no bolts required.
  • Set it down slowly and make sure it seats evenly on all sides with no gap or overhang.

Step 5: Assembly is Completed

Stand back and check that the table looks right from all sides. Run through this quick check before use:

  • All four legs sit flat on the floor with no rocking.
  • The glass top sits evenly inside the frame with no tilt or gap on any side.
  • No bolts feel loose, use the Allen Key M4 to re-tighten anything that moves.
  • The table feels solid when you gently push it from the side.

Your Seville Cocktail Table is now fully assembled and ready to use.

Safety and Usage Notes

  • This table is designed for indoor living room use only.
  • Do not place excessive weight on one side of the glass top.
  • The glass top is tempered, which means it is significantly stronger than standard glass, but it is not indestructible. Avoid dropping heavy or sharp objects directly onto it.
  • Never use abrasive cleaners, rough sponges, or chemical sprays on the glass or the metal frame.
  • Keep the table away from areas where children might run into the glass edge.

Maintenance Tips

  • Glass top: Wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth. For smudges, a small amount of glass cleaner on the cloth works fine, spray the cloth, not directly onto the glass.
  • Metal legs and frame: Wipe down with a damp soft cloth. The powder-coated finish resists rust, but avoids leaving moisture sitting on the surface for long periods.
  • Bolts: Every few months, check all bolts with the included Allen key and re-tighten anything that has worked loose. Normal use causes minor vibration that can slowly back bolts out over time.

FAQs

1. Is the glass top glued or secured with clips inside the top frame of Seville cocktail table?

Neither. The glass top rests inside the top frame by gravity and fit. There are no clips, adhesives, or bolts holding it in place. This is intentional, it allows the glass to be lifted out easily for cleaning or moving.

2. Do I need any tools besides the included allen key to assemble the Seville cocktail table?

No. The allen key M4 included in the box is the only tool required for all five steps. You do not need a screwdriver, drill, or wrench. However, having a soft blanket or piece of cardboard nearby to protect the finish while working is strongly recommended.

3. Can I place hot drinks directly on the glass top of the Seville cocktail table

Tempered glass handles moderate heat, but placing very hot mugs, teapots, or candles directly on the surface repeatedly can cause thermal stress over time. Always use coasters or a heat-resistant mat. This also protects the beveled edges, which are the most vulnerable part of the glass to sudden temperature changes.
