- After all wheels are installed, turn the base upright so it rests on the wheels.
- Insert the Gas Lift (C) vertically into the center hole of the base.
- Slide the Bellow (D) over the gas lift to cover the metal cylinder.
Important Note: Ensure all wheels are fully inserted into the base. Loose wheels can cause instability when the chair is used.
Step 2: Attach the Mechanism to the Seat Cushion

Place the Seat Cushion (F) upside down on a soft, clean surface to avoid damaging the upholstery.
- Position the Mechanism (E) onto the bottom of the seat cushion, aligning the mounting holes with the pre-drilled holes on the seat frame.
- Make sure the adjustment lever of the mechanism is facing the correct direction as shown in the diagram.
- Insert the M6 × 20 mm Bolts (a) through the mounting holes of the mechanism into the seat cushion frame.
- Using the Allen Key (f), tighten each bolt evenly to secure the mechanism firmly in place.
Step 3: Mount the Seat Assembly onto the Gas Lift

- Carefully lift the assembled Seat Cushion (F) with the attached Mechanism (E).
- Press down gently on the assembled Gas Lift (C) with Bellow (D) to ensure the connection is properly seated.
Once installed, the seat should sit firmly on the gas lift and remain stable.
Step 4: Attach the Support Bracket to the Backrest

Place the Backrest (G) on a clean, soft surface to protect the upholstery during installation.
- Position the Support Bracket (J) against the mounting area on the lower part of the backrest as shown in the diagram.
- Align the holes on the bracket with the pre-drilled holes on the backrest frame.

- Use the Allen Key (f) to tighten the bolts evenly until the bracket is securely attached.
Step 5: Attach the Backrest to the Seat

Ensure the Seat Cushion (F) with the installed Mechanism (E) is already mounted on the Base (B) and Gas Lift (C).
- Lift the Backrest (G) with the attached Support Bracket (J).
- Align the bracket holes with the mounting holes located at the rear of the seat frame.
- Carefully lower the backrest into position so the holes align correctly.
- Insert the M8 × 20 mm Bolts (c) through the bracket and into the seat frame.
- Tighten the bolts evenly using the Allen Key (f) until the backrest is firmly secured.
Step 6: Install the Armrests

Ensure the Seat Cushion (F) and Backrest (G) are fully assembled and securely connected before installing the armrests.
- Position the Armrests (H) on both sides of the chair so that the mounting holes align with the holes on the seat frame.
- Insert the M8 × 40 mm Bolts (d) through the armrest mounting holes into the seat frame.
- Tighten the bolts using the Allen Key (f) until the armrests are firmly secured.
- Once tightened, place the Plastic Caps (e) over the exposed bolt heads to cover them neatly.
Step 7: Install the Headrest Pillow and Lumbar Support Cushion

With the chair structure fully assembled, the final step is to attach the cushions that provide additional neck and lower-back support.
- Take the Headrest Pillow (K) and position it near the top of the Backrest (G).
- Guide the straps of the pillow through the openings in the backrest.
- Secure the clips by fastening them behind the backrest frame.
Next, install the lumbar support cushion:
- Position the Lumbar Support Cushion (L) in the middle section of the backrest where the lower back rests.
- Pass the cushion straps through the backrest openings.
- Fasten the clips securely behind the chair.
Adjust both cushions until they sit comfortably and provide proper support.

FAQs
Gaming chairs focus on long sitting sessions with features like headrests, lumbar pillows, and reclining backrests. Office chairs are usually designed for posture and professional work environments. The better choice depends on whether comfort for gaming or ergonomic support for work is the priority.
PU leather on a gaming chair typically lasts around 3–5 years with normal use and proper care. Regular cleaning and avoiding sharp objects can help extend its lifespan. Over time, frequent use and friction may cause peeling or cracking.
PU leather can sometimes trap heat because it is less breathable than fabric or mesh materials. During long sitting sessions, this may lead to sweating, especially in warm rooms. Using breathable seat covers or maintaining good airflow in the room can help reduce this issue.
