Hardware was not in the box.

After two weeks of waiting for the hardware which was not in the original box I was then able to put the glider together.

Great chair, but....

I am in contact with the provider (MHStar) as the product supplied cannot be assembled as per the instructions AND be workable. The problem is that the pedals must be screwed into the pedal crank. However, if you 'sit' on the bike the crank on the left side is marked 'R', so will only accept the 'R' pedal. If you do this the pedal is on backwards! This means there is no way you can use the product.MHStar have offered a 25% refund. This means I would only be paying 75% for something that is not fit...
