The Aosom Wholesale program was designed to offer Wholesale support to retailers who wish to sell our products in their physical retail stores. Wholesale members receive discounts on all items and set their own selling price. The Aosom Wholesale Program is for physical retail stores. No products or goods purchased from or produced by Aosom LLC shall be resold by or through any online store or online auction (such as your website, eBay, Amazon, or other similar sites).
To apply for our Wholesale program please complete the application below and submit along with items 2.4 - 2.6 (resale certificate, photo of your physical location, registered shipping address) to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your information has been reviewed, a member of our Marketing Department will contact you regarding your application. Aosom LLC reserves the right to refuse any application that we deem inappropriate or unsuitable. If you have any questions please email email@example.com. Thank you for your application.
For Resale Only – All products are to be purchased for resale only. Your wholesale account is not to be used by anyone other you or an approved representative of your company, which must be on file with Aosom LLC. Wholesale products are not for gift giving or personal use. We reserve the right to terminate any wholesale account found to be violating this agreement.
Shipping – Shipping from our Oregon or Tennessee warehouse is to be provided by the wholesaler. Orders will only be shipped to the address you register with us.
Defects – Aosom LLC will replace all manufactured damaged/defective merchandise for an identical item. A 30 day defective warranty is in effect as soon as the items are delivered to the wholesaler. If items are received damaged/defective contact us immediately so we can arrange accommodations.
All our items come with a 30-day return policy. During this time any unopened and unused merchandise can be returned at the wholesaler’s expense for a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee. All our items come with a 30-day manufacturer’s warranty. During this time we will replace and/or assist in repairing any items deemed damaged during shipping or defective from the manufacturer. This warranty does not include wear from normal use and/or damage due to incorrect use of the product.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance with any returns, exchanges, or quality issues. Do not send back any items without prior approval from us. We cannot accept returns without an RMA authorization code. If we receive your package without an authorization code, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
Please allow 3-5 business days while your exchange is processed. We will email you once your exchange is processed.
Keep Everything – Please retain all factory packaging, the box, and all box padding. If you discard any of these items, we may not be able to help you.
Take Photos – Please email photos. Sending photos will give us the information we need to help you. If something isn’t fitting properly, we may be able to assist you. If an item has been damaged in transit we will need to see it. Sometimes verbal or written communication won’t help, and photos will help clarify any confusion. Take photos of everything including packaging.
