These Official Rules (""Rules"") govern the Aosom Calendar Quiz Challenge (the ""Promotion""). By participating, you agree to these Rules and to Aosom's decisions, which are final on all matters related to the Promotion. Our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Return Policy at aosom.com also apply, including to any order placed using a Promotion reward. If these Rules conflict with those policies on a Promotion matter, these Rules control. 1. Promotion Period 1.1 The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on October 12th, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on 1st November, 2026 (the ""Promotion Period""). Aosom's system clock is the official timekeeper. 1.2 The Promotion is available only through the Calendar Quiz page on aosom.com. 1.3 Submissions received outside the Promotion Period are not eligible for rewards or the prize. 2. Eligibility 2.1 The Promotion is open to legal residents of the [48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia] who are 18 or older (or the age of majority in their state, if older) at the time of entry. 2.2 Employees, officers and directors of Aosom, its parent and affiliated companies, and promotional agencies are not eligible. Their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their spouses) and household members are also not eligible. 2.3 To participate, you must log in to or create a free aosom.com account and subscribe to Aosom marketing emails. You may unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing after you submit the quiz will not affect a reward you have already earned. 2.4 Aosom may verify eligibility and may refuse or cancel participation that does not meet these Rules. 3. How to Participate 3.1 Participation is free. No purchase is required. 3.2 To participate, visit the Calendar Quiz page during the Promotion Period, answer all 12 questions and submit your answers. 3.3 Each question has one correct answer. Your score is the total number of questions answered correctly. 3.4 Limit: one (1) quiz attempt per person, account and email address. Only your first completed submission counts toward rewards and the prize. Using multiple accounts or email addresses will result in disqualification. 3.5 Your completion time is measured from the moment you open the first question to the moment you submit your answers. 3.6 Accessibility: If you need an accommodation to participate because of a disability, contact customerservice@aosom.com before the Promotion Period ends, and we will work with you to provide a reasonable alternative way to participate. 4. Quiz Rewards Every participant who completes the quiz receives one coupon based on their score: Score Reward 12 correct 15% off (Exclusive applies) 8–11 correct 12% off (Exclusive applies) 5–7 correct $15 off orders of $129 or more 0–4 correct $10 off orders of $99 or more 4.1 Your reward will be displayed after you submit the quiz and sent to the email address on your account. 4.2 Limit one (1) reward per person. 4.3 Coupon terms: Valid on aosom.com only. The minimum purchase applies to the merchandise subtotal, before taxes and shipping. One coupon per order. Cannot be combined with other promotional codes or offers. No cash value. Not transferable. Cannot be applied to past purchases. Void if sold or transferred. 4.4 If you return items from an order that used a coupon, your refund will be based on the price you actually paid. Coupons will not be reissued. 4.5 A coupon does not guarantee that any product will be available. 5. Prize 5.1 This is a game of skill. Among eligible participants who answer all 12 questions correctly on their first attempt, the participant with the fastest verified completion time will win one (1) 6ft Christmas Inflatable Decoration (SKU: 844-303V80). 5.2 If two or more participants have the same completion time, the participant with the earliest submission timestamp wins. 5.3 Aosom will review system records to verify the winning entry. Any entry showing signs of automation, manipulation or multiple accounts will be disqualified, and the prize will go to the next fastest eligible participant. 5.4 The potential winner will be notified by email within [7] days after the Promotion Period ends. They must respond within [5] days. They may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where permitted by law, a Publicity Release. If the potential winner does not respond, cannot be verified or does not comply with these Rules, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. 5.5 The prize will be shipped to the winner's address within the eligible area within approximately 2 weeks. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. If the prize becomes unavailable, Aosom may substitute a product of equal or greater value. 5.6 The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes. If the prize ARV is $600 or more, the winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 and will receive an IRS Form 1099. 5.7 The prize is provided with the product's standard warranty, if any. No other warranty is given. 6. Sharing 6.1 After completing the quiz, you may have the option to share your result on social media. 6.2 Sharing is optional and does not affect your score, your reward or your chance of winning the prize. 7. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct 7.1 You may not use bots, scripts, automated tools, multiple accounts or any other unauthorized method to complete the quiz, change completion times or obtain additional rewards. 7.2 Any attempt to manipulate answers, submission records, completion times, rewards or other parts of the Promotion may result in disqualification. 7.3 Aosom may withhold or cancel rewards and the prize if we reasonably suspect fraud, technical manipulation, fake accounts or other conduct intended to abuse or disrupt the Promotion. 7.4 If you break these Rules, Aosom may disqualify you, cancel any coupon or prize you received, and restrict your participation in future promotions. 8. Privacy 8.1 Personal information collected through the Promotion will be used as described in our Privacy Policy. 8.2 California residents: the coupon offered in exchange for subscribing to marketing emails is a financial incentive. See our Notice of Financial Incentive. 9. General Conditions 9.1 Aosom may cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure or any other factor outside our reasonable control affects its integrity or proper operation. 9.2 Aosom is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical malfunctions of any network, system or website. 9.3 By participating, you release Aosom, its parent and affiliated companies, and their employees and agents from any liability for injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or from acceptance or use of any reward or prize. 10. Governing Law These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute related to the Promotion is subject to the arbitration and class action waiver provisions in Sections 16 and 17 of our Terms & Conditions. 11.
