Train your employees
If you had a video on this product I would not of had to waste my time calling your customer support. The humidifier was not working when it arrived, it was blowing cold air and didn't collect one drop of water so I had to call customer service, the girl I 1st spoke with had no idea about the HomCom1260sq ft humidifier. When I asked to speak to someone else who might know she said I had to call back to get someone else. When I called back I got Erwin who was very nice but again did not know about... After trying to do his best I decided to send back the broken humidifier. Erwin told me that when FedEx picked it up to contact him through his email so he could process my refund ASAP. Not all smaller dehumidifers are created eqaul
I was searching forever for a smaller dehumidifer that uses a compressor. All I ever found under 20 pints were Peltier style ones that never really work. This unit is perfect for any size bedroom and WILL remove water. The unit can be continuously drained with provided hose. The only real minor issue is you will have to empty the tank more often than one of those big time energy guzzling ones. You can easily set the humidity with a nice digital display.
