Looks great and very uncomfortable
Packaging was in tact. Delivery was timely. Instructions were confusing (very generic manual); But after staring at the diagrams you'll eventually get it. Assembly time was reasonable once you get the gist of it. (the swivel part was a bit tricky)! The actual chair aesthetic beauty is OK.
