Dear Aosom customer service computer desk a plus used manual to put together only pictures no words which would have been better or a video of the assembly process lots of pieces to put together but found it very easy an electric tool gun would be better to screw in any screws to make assembly much quicker i used a regular philips screw driver overall a beautiful looking desk and a lot of storage great item for the money i would buy again if the need should come available customer service representatives...

I wasn't expecting am awful lot for £82.99 less winter discount, but to be absolutely honest for this price I am completely blown away and this product deserves a review, so here goes. I needed a new desk for admin and remote working, and decided on the HOMCOM Black 120cm wide desk which would fit nice and snug in my office. I wasn't expecting am awful lot for £82.99 less winter discount, but to be absolutely honest for this price I am completely blown away and this product deserves a review, so here goes. I needed a new desk for admin and remote working, and decided on the HOMCOM Black 120cm wide desk which would fit nice and snug in my office. I knew this would be self-build so I wasn't put off by this. Firstly, I ordered the desk on a Monday and it arrived the following day in the middle of the allocated delivery time slot so no issues there, YODEL on-line tracking was first class and I could see when the desk would be delivered so no need to wait in the house all day. Secondly, when the desk arrived, the courier offered to carry it into the room of my choice. So, onto the unpacking. The packaging was first class, it came flat packed with sturdy edge protectors to protect, well, the edges, and sandwiched in between polystyrene it arrived without a scratch and completely unmarked. The instructions were spot-on, and all screws and fittings were neatly presented in a plastic bag with each different type of fixing in it's own plastic bag and uniquely marked up with which panel it was intended for. Once the inventory page was done with which was very straight forward, the instructions were fantastic and displayed in pictorial form, clearly showing which screw and fixing went where. As this is MDF the only criticism I would make is that screwing the metal draw-runners into the drawers with the screws made part of the MDF to split, however by utilising a side hole in the side of the metal draw runner and fixing it into the side of the draw it didn't split, so I made this minor modification, but apart from this, I think for £82.99 less winter discount I am blown away, it is perfect in every dimension, the overall look is modern and slick, the drawers work well, and I especially like the inward facing book shelf which can be positioned either on the RHS or LHS. Absolute bargain, I'm delighted beyond expectations with my new desk, absolutely first class value for money, so don't delay, Buy It !!!
