Great Value, but missing the plug(?)
I ordered this chair for my in-laws who wanted something that could heat and massage their backs.The first oddness occurred when this was delivered: we received TWO chairs by accident (we had only ordered one and we did not accept the second one...sent it back with the delivery drivers).How about the chair itself? I am amazed at how much you get for the price. It is a great value. All the features worked as advertised, the heat doesn't get as hot as you would expect (its not hot like the seat warmers...
