Perfect gift for my mother in law.
This gazebo is beautiful and sturdy. The privacy and screen curtains are great. We had a few pcs that had to be replaced from shipping but they replaced them as soon as they were contacted. This was a gift for my mother in law which can not be in the sun. We are enjoying our outdoor family space.

I love this gazebo very much
It was easy to set up, I love this gazebo.
I put the gazebo in my yard, it is very beautiful. My family and my dog love is very much too. Big space, enough for 4-6 people. We often barbecue in the gazebo on weekend afternoons.

Excellent customer service
I bought a few items from Aosom with no issues. The shipping company they used this time only gave me 1 of 3 pieces. Aosom was very supportive and resent the missing two items and they worked to rectify the issue with the shipping company. Excellent customer service!

Assembly was quite simple and definitely requires two people. The only concern was the length of time for delivery and even then one of the cartons was misplaced but arrived a day later. We also received several bogus messages regarding delivery that were quite concerning. Both sets of messages (from PPG and from Canada Post) stated they had...

We are very pleased with the Outsunny 12x10 Steel Hardtop Gazebo we recently purchased. The product is very attractive, sturdy and just right for our needs. Assembly was quite simple and definitely requires two people. The only concern was the length of time for delivery and even then one of the cartons was misplaced but arrived a day later. We also received several bogus messages regarding delivery that were quite concerning. Both sets of messages (from PPG and from Canada Post) stated they had attempted to deliver the product but were unable to do so because no one was at home and there was not a secure place to leave the cartons. This was not the case. We were further requested to arrange for an alternate delivery date and that there would be an extra cost. One of these messages was received on March 29, with alternate dates of March 32 or March 33??? Aosom should look into this as it appears as though their system has been compromised.

Gazebo arrived sooner than expected which was great. Tracking number didn't really work too well, but the fact it arrived early makes up for it.
The gazebo itself was interesting to put up. I did it pretty much all by myself except for when it came time to slide in the roof panels. That was a little more tricky and I had to enlist the help of my tenant downstairs. Some panels were easy to get in but some were extremely difficult, (Too wide to slide in) which required a few mods to fit. Also the instructions... This is a great unit, very sharp well built. assembly takes a bit of work but well worth it. three people for assembly worked out very well, roof is tricky buy follow instructions closely and it works out not to bad.
Shipping was something else seemed like all three pieces could hit the same truck at the same time. but in the end the wait was worth it. Thank you Aosom for a great Gazebo.

I installed ours as the center place in our large vegetable garden. A great addition for sitting in the shade and out of the rain while watching things grow.
