I sent and email with pictures. Then I get an email asking for part number. I don’t know the part numbers. I didn’t get any instructions. I did send that reply and still haven’t heard back. It has been over a week. So where is the customer service?

If you're wondering whether or to spend the money on this crate, this is your sign to get it! We have a gsd who escaped out of his old wire crate and broke it in several places in the process. This crate is very sturdy, easy to assemble, and is big enough. It has a wired bottom and a catch tray so if they use the bathroom in this crate it falls through the wire to the catch tray. This is awesome because they aren't laying in they're mess and it makes for easy clean up. We liked this crate so much!...
