Fabulous kitty condo!
Exactly as described. Was able to put it together by myself. Would suggest a second pair of hands to make portions of the build easier. Love it!

Outside stray I feed moved right I to. It is waterproof I've checked several times to make sure. Only thing it came with no instructions but was still easy to put together

Cute little house for my cat. She was in it the first night. It did come with some minor damage that just required some paint but they were great about compensating me for that. I twas decent to put together but the roof require 2 people in my case(one to hold and one to screw). So far in the couple of weeks I have had it, it has held up just fine in the weather.
