This was my first experience of using Aosom and I was very impressed with their service. I ordered the bike at midnight on Thursday and it was delivered the following Monday. One of the adjustable feet were missing on the stand. I contacted customer services and they replied the next day. Unfortunately they did not have any spares, but offered a partial refund., which I happily accepted and managed to source a set online.

At 5'3" I found the bike the right size for me, but if you are taller and / or really into cycling or fitness, it's probably not the best product for you and you would be better with something more higher end. So far it's been working well, but I will be interested to see how well this is maintained. Put away
