Deceptive ad and reviews

Chair was advertised as having heating. After receiving the chair it does not have heat that can be turned on/off. Reviews for the chair indicates the heat can be turned on and off. This is not true for this chair. The reviews for this chair must not be for this chair but a different one. If you are looking for heat that can be turned on/off then you need a different chair. Customer service said the chair heats but I sure do not feel it. Massage is minimal.
