Our current delivery ETA is 3-6 business days from date of purchase. Shipping carriers are experiencing capacity issues due to extremely high shipping demand and COVID-19 impact and in some cases orders may be delayed due to this. We have also been seeing an increase in shipping carrier tracking scan issues, where the order is en route but tracking numbers/transit progress is not correctly updated by the carrier.
Please note that Monarch Specialties product delivery times are significantly extended, the current ETA for Monarch products is 5-10 business days from date of order placement.

If you’re returning an item, please do not physically deliver the items yourselves. Our warehouse is not accepting any unauthorised visits and you will be turned away. Returns will continue to follow our returns procedure, found here.
You can continue to order as normal. Our website has live stock information and will let you know if any item falls below 10 in our stock. On the rare occasion where we receive two or more orders concurrently, items can become oversold and we will refund the order on a first come, first serve basis.
