
1.1 Aosom LLC, (“Aosom”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) has launched a loyal members benefit program called The Aosom Club (the “Program”, “loyalty program”).
1.2 These terms and conditions (“terms”, “T&Cs”) are applied in addition to the general website Terms and conditions, Privacy policy, and Cookies policy. In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and the website terms and conditions, the website terms and conditions will override.
1.3 By signing up for The Aosom Club, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you are entitled to leave the program by writing to us at customerservice@aosom.com.
1.4 Aosom reserves the right to change these terms and conditions or close further participation to the program at any time and without warning. Unless otherwise stated, any amendments made to these terms will be effective immediately and your continued participation will confirm your acceptance of any changes. Therefore, we encourage members to regularly check back and review any changes.
1.5 Aosom’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the program will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
1.6 We reserve the right to suspend or to terminate your membership if, in our sole discretion, we consider that you have breached these Terms and conditions, supplied false or misleading information, or acted improperly.
1.7 You can view your account tier in your ‘My account’ section.
1.8 Membership is linked to your email address. It is your responsibility to keep your email address details up to date and to be logged in during purchase.
1.9 Spend and benefits is not transferable between accounts.
2.1 To be eligible to join the program you must:
a) Be aged 18 or over
b) Have a Aosom.com account with a valid email address
c) Register to become a member of the loyalty program
d) Reside in the United States
2.2 The program is intended for personal use only.
2.3 Commercial customers, including but not limited to drop shippers & wholesalers, are not permitted to participate in the program. Members may not use the loyalty program opportunistically for reselling or profit.
2.4 Each person can only have one loyalty members account. We reserve the right to carry out any checks to verify the validity of your participation in the program.
2.5 To be eligible for birthday offers, users must enter their date of birth information prior to birthday month.
2.6 Changes to date of birth may require additional manual verification by submitting a nationally recognized form of identification.
2.7 Your tier is calculated based on spend over the previous rolling 365 days
2.8 You are entitled to the benefits of your tier on the day of your purchase or enquiry. (for e.g., if you purchase a product on Gold tier and contact us when you are platinum, you will receive platinum benefits – and vice versa).
2.9 The Aosom Club loyalty program has three different tiers
a) Silver tier
b) Gold tier
c) Platinum tier
3.1 Eligibility
a) Silver customers must hold an Aosom.com registered account and have joined the loyalty program
3.2 Benefits
a) Get 1000 points on birthday month
b) Every dollar spent will get 1 points
c) Access to members-only promotions
4.1 Eligibility
a) Gold customers must accumulate a total spend of $500 in the preceding 365 days
4.2 Benefits
a) Get 3000 points on birthday month
b) Every dollar spent will get 2 points
c) Access to members-only promotions
5.1 Eligibility
a) Diamond customers must accumulate $1,000 spend in the preceding 365 days
5.2 Benefits
a) Get 5000 points on birthday month
b) Every dollar spent will get 2.5 points
c) Access to members-only promotions
6.1 Coupons cannot be
a) Exchanged for cash
b) Used in conjunction with other promotions/coupons
c) Given to another user – coupons are exclusive to your account
6.2 Unless otherwise stated, each coupon can only be redeemed once
6.3 In the case of a return, the coupon cannot be used again
6.4 Unless otherwise stated, points cannot be
a) Exchanged for cash
b) Used in conjunction with other promotions/coupons
c) Given to another user – points are exclusive to your account
6.5 In case of return or cancellation, points will not be reimbursed.
6.6 There may be exclusions of certain product(s)/categories and/or quantity limits on codes.
7.1 No additional purchases will be necessary for eligibility
7.2 Members-only / special promotions may require additional sign-up or action for eligibility (refer to that promotion's specific terms)
7.3 Winner(s) will be chosen by random
7.4 We will contact winner(s) to arrange the prize to be sent out
7.5 Winner(s) must respond within 48 hours or we reserve the right to choose another winner
7.6 A similar item will be offered should a prize be out of stock.
8.1 The value of any returned or cancelled orders would not contribute to your spend
8.2 Any shipping costs (where applicable) will not count towards your spend
8.3 Any orders deemed not for personal use will have the amount deducted from the account spend
8.4 Commercial customers, including but not limited to drop shippers & wholesalers, are not permitted to participate in the program.
8.5 Employees, workers, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Aosom are not permitted to participate in the program.
8.6 Change of mind returns must be unopened and in a sellable condition.
