Very Flimsy and misleading description, very difficult to assemble, and NOT as described at all.
1st it did NOT reveal that it is NOT for windy places, also this was NOT revealed at all, it was only in the packaging after I received it. I was NOT looking for something I have to keep taking down. it is NOT for the use I intended, and this was NOT at all revealed in the description, I am considering never purchasing from this site, if I don't get a full refund, also it is completely broken on the same day later after it was assembled. no point in sending it back. uploading photos. all parts of...

I was NOT looking for something I have to keep taking down. it is NOT for the use I intended, and this was NOT at all revealed in the description, I am considering never purchasing from this site, if I don't get a full refund, also it is completely broken on the same day later after it was assembled. no point in sending it back. uploading photos. all parts of this were completely flimsy and not at all reusable, the metal pieces completely broke. Also it pulled itself out of the ground and moved off the location it was on by 10 feet. the description needs to be corrected.

Flimsy .
I’m in zone 7 foothills NC , 1 piece popped- flew away within a month of used . Flimsy like toy for kids .

Very disappointed
Been trying for days to get help. I have sent pictures, order # etc and no one is helping. The swing has defects. I am not happy with their customer service at all. Won't answer the phone, keeps asking for more info by email when I already sent it to them and now silence. They have obvious problems.

Product ReviewI recently purchased this product and, while it is undoubtedly beautiful looking, it was extremely difficult to assemble. Despite hiring a professional, it took 3.5 hours and cost me $360 to get it put together. This level of complexity in assembly is unacceptable and detracts from the overall experience.
