The first picture is right when it came out of the box. Second picture is about 45 minutes of fluffing. It could use more lights, but I think it's great for the value!

Really nice tree that is easy to set up. I love that the branches aren't super unified and look like a cookie cutter. It has lots of character. Overall a great tree that looks lovely.
