Bonito, diferente e útil
O armário é tal como descrito e mostrado. Muito bonito e com bastante arrumação. As instruções de montagem também são boas. Corresponde às expectativas. No entanto, sendo considerado uma ilha, o armário deveria ter umas costas tão robustas como o resto. Uma peça veio com defeito mas penso e espero que não prejudica o funcionamento a longo prazo.

Hice el pedido el Lunes 15 de Mayo y llego el Miércoles 24 de Mayo. Supuestamente lo enviaron el Miércoles 17 de Mayo pero cuando quería rastrear el pedido en Seur siempre me decían que no tenían conocimiento, con lo cual el Lunes 22 de Mayo llame por teléfono , les comente que en la página web pone entre 48 y 72 horas y que además no podía rastrear el pedido me pidieron el mail y el numero de teléfono y me dijeron que habían tenido retrasos que lo enviaron mas tarde y si entraba por la tarde podía... Pues lo menos que se puede hacer es enviar un mail o llamar por teléfono y explicar que el pedido se retrasara y enviar el numero de rastreo correcto. Este comentario es en relación al envio y atención al cliente.En cuanto al producto, en mi caso un carro de cocina o isla, vino muy bien embalado para evitar roturas, calidad precio esta bien, es muy espacioso y los cajones no son pequeños se necesitan dos personas para montarlo las instrucciones son claras y si vas siguiendo los pasos se monta bien yo estuve una tarde tomando mis descansos hay que tener cuidado con los paneles de madera y herrajes pue no son de una calidad máxima y si lo fuerzas puedes romperlo no usar destornillador eléctrico, una vez montado queda robusto, el color es igual al de la foto es lo que buscaba para mi cocina queda muy bien.Estoy contenta con el producto al cual si le doy 5 estrellas.Me gustaria darle a Aosom un boto de confianza pues hay un sillón que me gusta mucho y hacerles un nuevo pedido .
