Easy ordering, fast delivery, and great price!
This was my first purchase with Aosom. I needed to replace the 4 chairs in my office lunchroom. Checked Staples and our local office business store and they had similar chairs for a lot more money, in some cases more than double. I know you get what you pay for but these chairs seems well built and I have no concerns about their quality.We aren't using the head pillows. My only complaint about the chairs is the tilt isn't continuous. You have to unlock to allow tilting by pulling a lever, lean back... Read More This was my first purchase with Aosom. My only complaint about the chairs is the tilt isn't continuous. You have to unlock to allow tilting by pulling a lever, lean back to where you want, then lock the lever again. Not a big deal but I prefer the continuous tilt or spring assist tilt or whatever you call it.A note about assembly. When you are attaching the arms, make sure to cut or push the fabric out of the way of the bolt opening on the chair bottom otherwise the bolts for the arms don't go in far enough. My apprentice thought he stripped all the bolts and the arms were really loose but in reality the fabric was preventing the bolts from seating properly. Moved the fabric away from the bolt opening on the chair bottom, reseated the arms and they went together just fine. Apprentices, sheesh! LOL.As for the purchasing experience, it was very easy. The app works well and so does the website. Delivery was quick. I will definitely order from Aosom again. Put away
