It was packed great, intact, all the parts were there, we had it put together in 15 minutes.
Color looks like the picture, size is perfect and it's very comfortable.
I was very nervous ordering a chair online, especially after reading some of the reviews from this company but our experience was awesome, thanks Aosom!

I love it!
I bought two recliners last monday and they came yesterday friday. The recliners are just as in the picture, so comfortable, and easy to assemble in ten minutes. They fit perfect in a small space. I bought them to watch TV in my livingroom. I really love it!
