Disappointed with customer service!
I like that the package arrived quickly and the boxes appear to be in great condition. My dislike is that I cannot get an answer as to when my rewards point will be available so I can use them toward my new purchase. I’ve been waiting three days so far for my email or call back. Can someone please advise? This gazebo will be used for family time. Hopefully, it will be installed this weekend. I need my bonus points so I may purchase the chairs that will be used with this. Thank you.
