- - CANOPY DIMENSIONS: Shaded Area: 104 ft². (You will need to measure up the wall to where you'd like the awning – at least 8.2' - 11.5'. If you plan to mount the cover above a door wall or window, you'll need to add 11.75").

Nice awning for the price
Nice awning for the price. Installed myself and really was a 'medium' difficult job. Works as advertised and after pricing awnings there was no comparison, this is a great buy ! The red color with trim fit the bill.

Very happy with my new Awning!
I couldnﾡﾯt be happier with our awning. It was delivered in one week and we had to install it in a difficult spot but it still worked out better than I expected. The adjustable slope made it even better. Great quality product!

Coffee color is beautiful!
I'll have to update after installation, but after peeking at the fabric I'm very pleased with the coffee color. My computer showed dull brown but it looks just like my coffee with creamer in it! It was delivered 3 days ahead of expected date and that's always a plus. Very happy so far, will update with installation/performance.OK, installation - definitely a two person job as it's so long it requires holding up on one end. The instructions are useless, just throw them away and eyeball it. If you're...

The instructions are useless, just throw them away and eyeball it. If you're not a handy person, it's going to be difficult. But once you figure out how it's supposed to work, it goes smoothly with not many parts to deal with. Mine did include lag bolts for siding as well as those for brick/concrete installation so they must have added that to the package in newer shipments. Once up, it appears very solid and the crank works fairly easily (a child would have some trouble cranking it). Fabric is nice and this is going to meet my needs as well as the high-priced ones would!
