Firstly, I love that Aosom is Canadian. Secondly, the shipping is so fast... my chairs arrived within 24 hours of ordering, and there's never a charge for shipping. I've never had to return anything, but I'm sure the procedure would be equally satisfying.
The chairs are very comfortable - so nice to have a high-back to rest the head against! They are quite light too, considering they are so large and sturdy - folded, they are nearly four feet long.

Lawn Chair Review
I would consider this as an upscale lawn chair. It is amazingly comfortable, and a chair you can sit in for hours and not get sore. Regular camping chairs which are cheaper don't compare to this chair. It has a pocket that zips on the side which I loved as I could put my e-reader in it. The cup holders are great as well as I had a drink in one of them and my i-phone playing music in the other.
