Only registered users in the US who have logged into their Aosom.com website or App accounts (not in guest mode) and made a purchase within the last 30 days are eligible.

Refund Process

If you find the same product (same barcode if provided, brand, etc.) sold at a lower price on eligible retailer websites targeting the US market within 30 days of purchase, you can claim a refund of the price difference.

To claim the refund, fill out the online form, provide the order number, and attach a screenshot of the product with the lower price on the eligible retailer's website.

Once your application is verified, we will email you within 3 business days to let you know the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will issue it using the same payment method you used on Aosom.com.


Please note that our Price Match Guarantee applies to new items only (excluding clearance, refurbished, and open-box items). The price to be matched must be currently valid (available for purchase) and cannot include coupons or additional discounts. The price match request must also adhere to the same sales conditions as your purchase on Aosom.com (excluding taxes and shipping fees).
