This program is available to registered Aosom.com customers located in the United States who make a purchase while logged into their account during the Black Friday promotional period
(November 3 – December 1, 2025).
Orders placed in guest mode are not eligible.
If you buy an Aosom product during the Black Friday promotional period and later find the same item (verified by identical barcode/SKU and brand) listed at a lower price on Aosom.com within that same period, you can apply for a refund of the price difference.
Example:
If you purchased an item for $100 and it’s later reduced to $90 during the Black Friday sale, you’ll receive a $10 refund.
However, if the price remains $100 but becomes eligible for an additional 20% discount through a coupon or special code, the $20 difference will not qualify for a refund.
Fill out the online form and include your order number and a link to the product. The lower price must refer to the item’s direct sale price — not the result of an extra discount code, coupon, or limited-stock promotion.
Each SKU is eligible for one price adjustment only.
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
This guarantee applies only to purchases made on www.aosom.com and does not cover prices listed on any third-party websites or marketplaces (such as Amazon, Walmart, or eBay).
It also excludes:
Clearance, refurbished, or open-box items
Limited-stock special promotions
Purchases made outside the Black Friday promotional period
