Refunded my money
Aosom saw my review and pictures and provided an immediate response and refund to the sun tent we purchased, very satisfied with their quick care and resolution. Very good company to purchase from!

nice pieces
while putting together the wicker was sticky for some reason. not sure why. some of the pieces were very hard to put together. but we managed! looks great all together! the Alan wrench was very hard to handle in certain spots. pillows don't really match the set. but do like it overall!

Great Customer Service-they back their product!
I ordered a pair of these chairs. They arrived 3 days after purchasing. I loved the look of the chairs and the reclining option. Unfortunately, both chairs came with minor damage (see pics). The damage didn't effect the usage of the chairs, however, when you pay for products you don't want any damage. I messaged customer service showing them the damage and explaining that I really liked the chairs, ultimately asking what could be done. They replied back in a quick manner explaining they would send...

I messaged customer service showing them the damage and explaining that I really liked the chairs, ultimately asking what could be done. They replied back in a quick manner explaining they would send two new chairs and I would not need to send back the damaged ones. So now I have 4 usable chairs! That's excellent customer service! I only dropped a star for the minor damage of the initial product.

Was hoping for a little better quality of product. It’s what I should have expected for the price I guess.
