Ordered 7 display cases. One was defective. Contacted customer service. They were very polite, concerned and accommodating. Emailed pictures of defective item and was emailed return authorization.
A replacement was sent to me in within a week.
Would recommend buying from Aosom. Thier return system was very efficient and I was not charged
