I love it, my reason for giving it a 4 star is the instructions. My very handy son-in-law was very frustrated with the instructions. Not very clear, he actually had to redo a couple of things. It's really a 4 person job, but manageable with 3

My first purchase from this company. Very pleased with the service.Appears to be a great product. It was easy to install. You do need 3 people for easy setup. One day delivery. One post had a manufactured defect. Called customer service and they sent a replacement within 3 days.Their representative was very pleasant and provided me with a follow-up email.

the information regarding the assembling is well done.As for the delivery, the 2 boxes were left at the door. The delivery man did not ring the door bell even if the garage door was open. Please do not use this company.
