Dogs love it!!
Although I did not personally assemble it I didn't hear too many cuss words coming out of my husband while he was putting it together, so I'd have to say”easy to assemble” The house is beyond cute with two adjoining rooms -one for napping and one for entertaining. The veranda is a big hit where the puppies can chill out with a cool drink and oversee their surroundings. It even has a side window where treats can be delivered . It's pretty sturdy and easily accommodates the two owners. So far we have...

It's pretty sturdy and easily accommodates the two owners. So far we have had zero “mistakes “ inside but should that day come… the bottom/floor slides out the back so can be easily cleaned. The finish looks a bit flat so not sure how it will weather but I will slap on a coat or two of clear varnish just to be on the safe side and we will be storing it for the winter. So I guess it's pretty much a summer cottage for the Iggies! We love it and have had a ton of compliments on it .

absolutely love this dog house it looks great, my 3 dogs absolutely love it. Not the most weather proof some rain gets in but my dogs are mainly indoors anyway.

So it IS a nice size… for a dog smaller than mine. I should've measured him before I bought this (face palm emoji). It really is pretty cool and I put it together myself (I'd recommend another person helping). It's sturdy and everything. But my dog is a border collie mix, so like 48 lbs. He's too tall to fit inside unless he ducks down, which he won't because he's 14. We've had my brother-in-law cut the openings to make them bigger but we're still not there yet. Next up is removing the porch (which...

Next up is removing the porch (which is a good size for any dog). That might enable him to be able to get through. Because of his mobility issues, I was looking for a dog house with a LARGE opening. And this seemed the perfect alternative. The regular dog houses won't work for him because he can't turn around the way he used to. I probably should've just commissioned a carpenter to build one custom. It really is a beautiful house with a sweet porch! Would be great for a corgi, Shetland sheepdog, schnauzer, Beagle, Bassett hound, bull dog (English or French), etc. any of the other medium-sized dog breeds might be too tall.
