This chair is soo comfortable. I was skeptical but omg! I sat in this chair for 9 hours straight and experienced no pain. Only thing is my box came all tore up. As a result, one of my chair arms arrived broken. Reached out to the seller and IM now waiting on a replacement. Overall great chair! Would purchase again!

Based on the quality and craftsmanship of this chair and each part I knew it was going to be a perfect exec chair for me! The size, feel, design, and look is meant for a BOSS; male or female. However, I wasn't able to get the full joy out of it due to UPS disregard in handling packages correctly and safely.. they delivered my box with holes, gaps in tape, and damaged parts. It was not the sellers fault but they made it right! It's a must buy!!!!!!!!
