Awesome!
Product arrived on my doorstep within 48 hours! Took my kids and I a couple days to put up because we are not building inclined, but Love the finished product. We don't use the netting and sunshade so can't really comment on that but it seems to be high quality

This product exceeded our expectations. It was delivered in a timely manner by fed ex ground. It is solid, well constructed and looks sharp. The 4 sided netting is heavy duty & much stronger than expected. Overall, good product, fairly priced and matched or exceeded expectations.

This Gazebo is beautiful
We have finally been able to put our gazebo up. The new deck had to come first. We were fretting about having all the parts necessary because we were past the return date. These are so well packaged. Everything was there plus a few extra screws. Awesome, or should I say Aosom. Our neighbours helped us put the gazebo. They have already put up two of them. It went smoothly, but we realize that it would have taken us a lot longer by ourselves. Very heavy duty.

Outsunny Hardtop Gazebo
Very happy shopping at Aosom. Fast delivery and our gazebo is exactly as described..very well packed and nothing was missing..Very sturdy and the colour amazing...it took two professionals almost four ours to put it together, us my husband isn’t a manual person.. I recommend this gazebo and for sure I’ll buy from AOSOM again!

I do understand that it is Covid time but talk to a customer service representative was absolutely horrible. The person I did contact at the beginning told me something completely wrong. I was also told I was getting a $60 rebate on my second gazebo… Which I have not seen. I finally just got my refund for the first gazebo. I absolutely love your website and you have amazing things on it. But I will never order from it again. I hate giving bad reviews. On top of that when I did get the second gazebo that I had ordered the instructions in with the gazebo were incorrect which made assembling the gazebo very hard. Hopefully you can take my criticism and pass it on to your customer service and the company and it will make things better
