Attractive and versatile
The item was packed well, so it didn’t arrive damaged but the weaving on the outside can be delicate, and I have noticed some of the ends coming undone a little. I enjoy the neutral colors of this, and was able to add some additional throw pillows to personalize the look.

Oh wow. If I’d realized this gem was so easy to put together versus their other products I would have bought two or even three of these and shipped the sectional and swivel chairs

Love it! Design could be better
I love this chair, but there are some quirks which made me give it 4 stars instead of 5. When you fold the backrest forward in order to unlock it to lay it flat, the sides scrape against the armrests. There are little staples sticking out of the sides, so they catch on the wicker on the armrests and tear it. Also, the cover closing the compartment to the footrest doesn't close shut especially if you store the cushion in it. There's no latch and the cushion doesn't allow it to close all of the way....
