Assembly takes time
Love my set now that it is together. Assembly took some time. The hardest part was actually canopy, took 4 of us and multiple tries to get it right. It costs half of what other sorts did so the extra assembly time was a trade off. Looks great. I enjoy sitting outside in the morning with my coffee.

Love love love!
Shipping was pretty fast. The whole set came on 3 different boxes and was easy to put to together. It took about 30 mins 45 mins tops. I love it. It was perfect for my patio. This isn’t my first time ordering from Aosom but glad this experience was as good as the first!

gorgeous set
This set is absolutely gorgeous and well made. We saw a set at the brick that isn't as nice and it was double the cost. It came within 2 days of ordering it. people say it's hard to put the canopy on but you have to remember to remove the front bar and also the hydraulic arm (part AA) is extremely hard to get to go in and out. My husband had to put a weight on the end to push it in. other then that it was really easy to put together. love this set and the price and fast shipping. I will be telling... Outsunny 4-piece outdoor rattan wicker sofa set with retractable sun canopy
So pleased with this set! Just what I was looking for. Color and quality is great and is very comfortable. Did have a slight problem attaching the canopy as the instructions are not very clear but other than that I am extremely happy. Shipping was awesome as the set arrived the day after I ordered it and customer service was fabulous too. All I can say is this company is Aosom! Would definitely buy from them again.

Nice set
Shipping was fast but delivery was made on three consecutive days (1 box per day) and they were just dropped off at the garage door. It took all day for assembly. There were many screws and pieces to put together. Overall it is a very comfortable set. The cushions and pillows are nice and thick. The only negative is the canopy is not adjustable - it can only be all the way up and to bring it down, you have to tie the string to keep it down. A velcro closure would be better.

We are having great difficulty attaching the canopy to the couch. The gas springs; we don't understand how they go on. My husband sent e-mails and a short video to customer service so new gas springs were delivered. This really doesn't help. We don't get how the one side of the spring attaches to the lower bar and the other side of the spring attaches to the upper bar. There's no give and the spring doesn't fit.
