Mediocre Product but Great Delivery and Customer Service

Positives: Nice looking; like in the photos. Inexpensive.Negatives: Missing parts. The stain rubs off on your hands/clothes (will need to coat with lacquer or something). Poor assembly instructions.Given the cost, I had low expectations on the product. After getting the missing parts, and applying lacquer, it looks pretty nice and works fine with two average adults on it (under 400 lbs total).Extra kudos to Aosom! incomplete swings

like....the swings came fast
dislike..... the swings are incomplete and missing the arms, although i did get 3 identical sets of extra pieces and the hardware is in silver and bronze. either we got the wrong directions, or the pieces are all labeled incorrectly

missing parts

this product came with out the armrests which are vital to connecting it to the frame. spent 2 hours putting it together only to have a useless item. I have not heard back from Aosom yet to see if I can get a replacement part

When I saw this swinging settee online, I instantly fell in love with it. I was concerned, however, about it being a flat pack, as neither my husband or myself are very capable at self - assembly. I phoned customer service, and they advised that there were over 70 parts! A contact offered to put it together for us.
