Easy Assembly
It took me about 4 hours to assemble this alone while watching my 3 year old. Directions are idiot proof. The only mildly irritating part was attaching the shade— could’ve used another person but still was easy enough alone. Super easy as long as you have a step ladder. One thing to know is that you can’t retract all the way to one side because of one of the connectors but you can retract both ends and meet / store in the middle

Love the top slides open and closed easily like a curtain
The instructions are just pictures so can be confusing, and definitely recommend two people to put together. I love the end result. I did raise one side so that the rain doesn't weigh down the fabric and now it just runs off

Fantastic customer service, excellent product
I love this gazebo! It’s sturdy, well made and looks a lot more expensive than it is. Unfortunately the canopy had a fault but the customer service was excellent. Great response and a new one was delivered within a few days. I cannot fault the service or the product and would highly recommend.
