Wonderful customer service

The first stand I received did not have all the correct parts. I contacted customer service and they got back to me within 24 hrs and had a new stand shipped out quickly. I would say it was about 5 days or so between getting faulty stand and new stand. The stand itself is solid, wheels are smooth. Good for the price and great customer service!

First let me say I received product with a couple of missing parts probably lost in transit as box looked a little damaged. After contacting company about my problem I explained I destroyed box not knowing any parts were missing. The company responded immediately and offered a full refund or replacement. I chosen a replacement. They immediately shipped another item to me. This product is very easy to assemble and super strong! Cups for bird is lower than perch which is a important and much needed... Great Travel Perch

It's easy to move around and light enough to pick up and move outside.
This is a small version of the one he lives on at home, but it was big enough for him while we camped! And he liked it.
