Good personal stress reliever

Picture of tools show what I used. Install all the bolts finger tight until you get the support brackets mounted. Put the bolts in the bottom support bracket first, finger tight, then the top of the bars will line up with the top hole. Then go back and tighten all of the bolts. Need 17mm and 10mm sockets. Mallet used to pop the black feet on. Buy a rubber mat to put under the gym.

Brilliant and easy to use

The product came perfectly packaged with all the various parts lettered to make it easy to identify what bit goes where. The screws are also labelled so it was an easy enough task to build. I have a 5ft punch bag and it fit perfectly. Great value for money. I had previously purchased the same item from another seller and it came in a mish mash in the box, with scrapes all over it and bits missing and broken so shop around guys and read the reviews before buying. Good stand

I love the stand. I used my own tools to put it together. It seems like a nightmare to put together with the tools included. I used a socket wrench witch made building the stand super easy. I m now doing daily workouts with the speed bag and heavy bag. The stand does dance around a bit.

Good sturdy frame

Fast delivery and good contact throughout. Had a slight issue with one of the components which was resolved quickly.

The frame itself is very sturdy and allows for multiple plates to be stacked on each corner, I have placed about 70kg on it and it doesn't budge. Frame holds my 4ft 36kg heavy bag no problem, would recommend a 4ft bag for this frame, possibly a 5ft at a push.
