This chair looks exactly like it is pictured and is so comfortable. Very easy to assemble and I love that the arms flip up, so I can push the chair under my desk when I'm not using it. I work from home and sit for 8+ hours a day and have no problems sitting in it for that amount of time. The rocking feature is great! Good lumbar support also. It has a plush, soft feel to it. The shipping was extremely fast also. Great customer service. This was my first purchase from this company and I will definitely continue to purchase from them!

Great chair. Instructions were terrible, but if you've assembled a chair before, you'll figure it out. Soft and comfortable and exactly as described.

This was my first purchase from Aosom, and I just completed assembling my chair. Instructions were easy to follow, and the chair came with spare parts for assembly. I am impressed with the quality of craftsmanship and durability of the design. I had a question for customer support, and Marina did an excellent job following up with what she promised. You can tell a lot about a company by its customer service, and I have confidence in Aosom. I am looking forward to future purchases.

The only problem with this chair is it goes so high I hit my knees on the bottom of the drawer. I love it anyway I just lower it so I don't.

The heating and vibration is terrific and the color is beautiful. I just ordered another one for my son.
