Sand color awening. Assembly is easy if you follow instructions. Material is decent for blocking out sun. Pictures show fully extended awening, good coverage. From time of this post awening was put up 4 days ago. We have rain forecast tonight. Expect updated information for weather wear and tear on materials.

Fantastic for the money!
I consider this awning a great value. I have installed it and really find the functionality quite excellent. The directions could be better as the drawings are a little hard to discern at times and assembly is definitely required. It should be put together by someone with a pretty good sense of how to work with mechanical things. I just put it up so don't know about longevity. You'll need two ladders and two people to do the final installation onto the wall brackets.

Outdoor Awnings
I purchased 3 outdoor awnings on-line and received them within a few days. The assembly process was pretty straight forward and with a few basic screwdrivers and wrenches, I had them all together and ready to be installed in just a couple of hours. The first one was the most difficult due to the learning curve but truthfully they are fairly simple. Once installed, I had to adjust the tilt angle but that was about 5 minutes for each one.The poor weather prevents me from using them right now but I...
