Outsunny 12' x 10' Outdoor Steel Polycarbonate Hardtop Canopy Gazebo with Curtains - Black/Beige

I love this gazebo. To be clear - this thing was not the easiest build we've ever had. It took my husband and myself about 8 hours over 2 days to finish, and we would have preferred a 3rd person just for safety. The directions were vague, so you have to pay close attention, and the roof was easily the hardest part. We bought the 12x10, and we didn't realize the netting panels, which are all the same width, needed to be put on certain corners so that the ties at the bottom would meet the poles. As such, we have 2 panels that need to switch places, but we haven't had issues with them flying everywhere because our furniture holds them back. That is a pretty easy fix, and one we will likely do once we get the gazebo fixed to the deck. We have not done this yet, as we have it on a second story deck so getting it screwed in will take some effort, but the hardware for that task looks good. We've had plenty of wind and rain over the last month and a few bungee cords and blocks of wood have held it in place just fine. We had no issues with leaking (getting the roof just right is worth the effort), and it's a sturdy and highly functional gazebo. I've always wanted a sunroom, but opted to spend about 1/15th of the price, and I am so glad we did. I love this gazebo! My favorite thing is that it has placement for (and comes with) both bug netting and privacy screens - that was important for us and really hard to find. That, and something snowproof! We live in the mountains - we require rugged, sturdy, and all-weather things, and this fit the bill perfectly. I highly recommend this product.

Good design and engineered parts allowed two of us, husband and wife, to assemble this gazebo in about two days. Though one needs to have good spatial interpretation skills as the instructions were limited to only schematic drawings. Had some difficulty in assembling the roof panels and trim in getting all to align properly.

Once assembled the gazebo looks great and is so far watertight. We were even able to move the fully assembled structure with just the two of us using two pull carts on the two other posts.

Overall very satisfied, and even bought a second one while still on sale!

Does not come with concrete anchors. It will blow away. Have Concrere anchors available before putting together

We are very pleased with our choice of purchasing a steel polycarbonate hardtop gazebo from Aosom. We had selected the 12x10 gazebo. Unfortunately, the delivery company had issues with delivering the product, first it was lost then the box was damaged. Aosom Customer Service was very easy to communicate with, they addressed the situation immediately & replacement parts were sent. They even followed up via email to ensure we received the replacement parts & all was delivered undamaged; what company does that! Plus offered us a courtesy for our inconvenience too! Honesty, purchasing a steel polycarbonate top gazebo is an investment, but for us it was certainly worth the cost for the superior quality product we received. We will be enjoying this gazebo for many years, since it is a sturdy product. The installation was not impossible, you just needed to follow the directions & use the screws as recommended; to avoid problems. I can't say enough about the unexpected great Customer Service we received from Aosom Team, they cared about our satisfaction with our purchase of the gazebo. So it was a "win win" for us, a great gazebo & great Customer Service too!
