Fedex sucks
package stolen. Fedex does not follow delivery instructions. Fedex always goofy with delivery. made an account to request back door delivery but Fedex never complies.
Unfortunately, we were unable to contact this customer.

Great customer Service
I had ordered this Greenhouse unfortunately the batch I received it was used and some bent. I submitted a ticket and immediately Aosom customer service responded with either my choice of a replacement or a refund. As for the item it is flimsy any wind will snap it in half especially here in Orlando, FL. Again, I had no issues with their customer service they resolved my complaint immediately sometimes when ordering whether here or any website you may come across some bad batches or in this case...
