Seat broke, customer service fantastic!

Bought it for my disabled son for his group home. He sat on it and it broke in half, sending him to the ground. Must have been a faulty piece of wood. Customer service responded very quickly and are sending a replacement. Probably the best customer service team that I have ever experienced

A very nice swing for the cost.

The assembly isn’t too challenging except it did require a trip to the hardware store for a missing bolt. Overall we like this swing a lot for the cost. The dark color is nice, and it comfortably seats 2 adults.

A bit short

It’s short in size, takes time and 2 persons to assemble. For the price quality is good, but only sit 2 persons and low height so, if you are over 6 feet “THINKG TWUCE BEFORE BUYING IT” comfortable yes and fairly sturdy, but definitely compact.
